Hello everyone !! I tried to give this place another try because it's not too far from my residence. That was my last time they are so rude . Tony he switch back-and-forth with the attitude like somebody did something to him . If I could give the a 0-10 it would be a 0. Throw the whole shop in the trash.
Since the pandemic they are horrible Helen and Tony are the best at doing nails but their customer service is horrible and if your not a regular they would send u to anybody else whose not knowledgeable of what the're doing this use to be my go to spot only because it's near my house but not anymore!!
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! They use MMA on your nails which completely destroys your natural nails. It hurt so bad getting it removed. It took literally over a hour to get it soaked off. I contacted the shop and the manager Tony acted as if he could not understand English. I know he understood me because that's who did my nails and pedicure. He understands very well.
I went and got my nails done and paid for gel manicure with white tips and after a week the nails started falling off and I was told from the manager that' it was my fault because I didn't take good care of it and after 2 dam days they can't fix it for free very bad customer service and the manager didn't give fuck and told me to pay for new nails last time ever going back .
I got my lashes put on Sunday by Tuesday my left ones started to fall off. By Thursday my other side started to fall off. I called on Thursday morning and I was told that they can't do anything.. I come here often for my lashes but I will never return again.. I explained to the guy that when he did them he snatched my eyes open after putting them on made my eyes water really bad and he knew that..He replied no warranty on lashes.. Sir I just wanted the 2 that fell off put back on... I will never get them done there again..POOR BUSINESS!!!!
