Worst place, saw them mess up a first young woman toes and didn't do what' she asked, after me seeing them do her nails bad I said oH no!! & they charge extra 5$ when they can't do ur toes right?! Yet the deluxe pedi clean is a rip off I saw what they used and it's not what they tell u it is it's cheap products u think ur getting the best but really they putting other products and scrubs on ur feet, they didn't even take there time on her they jus clean her feet and painted thick white lines on her toes and said ALL DONE! SMH these lady even tipped them selves it's was 45$ for the young lady she gave them 60$ and they didn't give her nothing back. They said it because extra clean BULLSHIT !!! Never coming here again
Lee was my eyebrow lady until today! I've been going to her for the last 8 years man. But today she took it to far. I have giving her 3 chances, and I have no more to give. These last couple of months she's been really rude and unprofessional! I called at 10:22 spoke to the guy that sits in the very front by the phone and card machine. I asked was Lee there he said "Yes." I asked "can Lee do my eyebrows in 20 minutes?" He responded "yes, come on" I said "okay see you in 20." Hangs up the phone. I arrive at the location and walked through the door at exactly 10:38 I remember cause I looked at my phone to see what time it was. I get there Lee looks at me twice. The second time she tells me to come back. I mention "Oh but I called that I was going to be here in 20 minutes for my eyebrows." She responded with "can't you see I'm busy, come back later" I stood there and was thinking "*excuse me* I called?" Then she start speaking in her language to the lady sitting next to her. I don't know what she's saying. Then here comes the guy that answer the phone entering the room speaking their language as well he makes it to his desk sits down and tells me "wait" I looked at him and then I look at Lee when I hear the lady she's working on talk about me with Lee! And Lee is laughing at whatever this stranger said. That's when I decided to walk out and to never go back to Lee. That's the 3rd time she's done that to me in these last couple of months I don't know where the changed of attitude is coming from but is unacceptable for me. The only thing they're known good for are eyebrows and pedicure cause the nails be trash my niece and sister have gotten their nails done here and it's been trash work. Whole point is I'm not going back cause Lee got me fucked up!
If you been a customer for a long time they know what you like of dislike. Friendly people. May be limited in English but they try to please the customer . That's why I been going for 5 years ..
This is my go to Nail salon! I love the staff and they treat you like family when you come in! They all do a great job on your nails and everything, and I've been coming to T nails for a few years now and will continue to do so! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Just tried it for the first time and it was good. I got a basic pedicure, It's not the best I've had but good enough for $20 . The picture here is not updated as the nail color options on regular nail polish was very very limited.
