Just got my mani/pedi for the first time since salons were shut down. I was totally amazed at the care and thought that went into preparing the salon for the new normal. They have plastic screens that separates the customers and the nail techs. They quickly disinfect everything that was touched or used. Tools were always sterilized before do no change there. If you need your nails done this is a safe place to go it.
If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would! I've been to this salon 2-3 times now and every time I come, they ask me what I want (dip nail polish removed, manicure with no polish put back on), they tell me to come back HOURS later. I thought maybe it was just that 1-2 times but it's happened every single time I've tried to come here. They tell me they are too busy and have appointments in front of me (despite no one entering salon). This time I insisted that I would wait. Will update review if I ever get service at this salon, but otherwise I would say save your money and go ANYWHERE else.
Got a pedicure and older lady Sarah rushed and I was completely done in just 25 min. She put on first coat of polish and just waved a fan over it for 3 seconds and went on to the second coat, again fan waved for 3 seconds and then the clear coat. I even stayed under the nail dryer until SHE told me I'm ok to go. Then wasn't even home 15min and a big streak of polish rubbed off! Went back the next business day and asked if she could just do the ruined nail again. She said yes and to sit and wait. When she was done with pedicure she was doing she took the next customer in line and totally ignored me, when mine would have taken 5 minutes for just 1 nail. I waited an additional 10 minutes and left. I will not be going back!! No want to get and keep customers at all! Maybe if she let the coats dry before rushing to next coat then they would have been dry and not rubbed off as soon as I got home!!!
This place is terrible! They turn away paying customers instead of telling them to come back. Went there to get my nails done and the blatantly said "Too busy no do your nails" no you can come back or you can wait. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the place is way to small and people are very unprofessional and unclean. They'll stop doing your nails to do someone's feet I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life.
Absolutely the best place to get your nails done. Your manicure will be even, they take great care to leave you with smooth edges, they are friendly and professional and their manicures last a long time.
