If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. Came in for an appointment before my sister's baby shower with my sister, daughter and aunt. Staff couldn't be bothered to stop watching their movie to start our services. Movie was also an extremely inappropriate movie to have on(people getting shot, ect). When they did start our services they were much more involved in the movie than our pedicures. Didn't listen to what we wanted. Worst pedicure and manicure I have ever received and I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this salon. If you go here I urge you to go somewhere else where you can have an actually good experience and service and these people are the worst I have ever experienced. I could honestly go on all day about the horrible things I experienced here but let's just say there was not one redeemable part of this experience. Staff horrible, service horrible, atmosphere horrible, they didn't even have nail dryers!!!

I've been going to Lotus for awhile now and I always loved it. Since they changed ownership I am no longer impressed. The last few times I've gone in, they gave me the wrong color or shape from what I asked for and I'm too nice to correct them. I called in for an appointment today and they told me 4:30. I got there about 4:25 and sat there waiting until 5:10 and finally left when two people were started ahead of me. I get that there are only two of them that do nails now and they get busy, but you shouldn't tell someone to come at a certain time and then expect them to wait that long to be done. I don't get much time that I'm able to get my nails done as I work 12 hour shifts and have a three old who I wouldn't want to take with me as she doesn't sit still

I gave them a picture of the gel nails that I wanted and they did not have the right color pink I needed. Then the nail art that was done on my nail looked nothing like the picture I gave them. I got home and my nail polish started chipping the next day! Should not happen with gel polish. I won't be going back there. I've never been there before but I expect nail technicians to be good at nail art right!? Not at all good. Expectations very bad.

This was the first time I've been here and I am thrilled with my nails!!! Reasonable prices and awesome service!! My nails look great and the FASTEST time I've been in and out a salon! They can do almost any design and in record time. This will DEFINITELY be my new go to!!

I knew I shouldn't come here but I'm traveling and wanted a mani and pedi before my beach vacation in 2 days. I wasn't going to leave a review, but i just looked at my feet, and my 8hr old pedicure is falling apart. I paid 28 bucks for something that lasted less than 8hrs. I had acrylics with tips and the shape of my nails are so ugly. Total bill $67.00. Again, I don't mind the price tag if it reflects the quality of work. This is poor workmanship at best
