I was at another nail shop and wanted an option for a broken toe nail that did not include acrylic. The other shop was not very helpful other than we can give you acrylic overlay and had a bad attitude. I kindly took my feet out of the water dried my feet and got into my car and found TJs. I explained the situation and is instantly I got options with explanation. So I took the advice and trimmed my toe nail down and they glued it with making sure I trim it down each time I visit. Julie did my nail and was very knowledgeable about nails. This will be the new spot going forward. The shop is huge with plenty of technicians. They are on it. I just hate spending my money and getting folks talking to be crazy. I am glad I found this place because they know what they are doing and they were a few dollars cheaper than the old place: will be back in 2 weeks. Give this place a try. It's worth it.

As a former regular customer I can appreciate the new remodel, however, customer service and quality of service has suffered as a result. I went in for a pedicure and left with a cut on my cuticle which the technician applied glue before I realized what she was doing and then a powder which she stated was medicine? My cuticle bled a lot. I called the manager over to see and he said that the technician didn't do anything wrong so rather than argue I paid and left because I did not want to have the same experience the other reviewer had with them falsely calling the police. I do want other customers to know of my experience at this shop and unfortunately I will not be returning.

I have been going to this nail salon for over five years now and have always been happy with my results. I moved out of the Henry county area a few years back to Norcross and I still make the drive to have Lisa do my nails. Lisa has been my nail tech but I have brought friends and family along with me who have also had an amazing experience. Lisa always makes sure to make sure I'm happy with my experience and always keeps me up to what's going on at the spa. I can show her anything I want done (Pinterest junkie lol) and she makes it happen. Everyone at the shop is always so nice and willing to help each other (very family oriented) and the music and atmosphere is so relaxing! They will definitely continue to get my business another five plus years.
