I was quick in and quickly out, but not without a good quality hair cut. At first glance, it appeared slow, but once in there were 6'5 busy stylists assisting customers. I had a great conversation with my stylist who had the skills to give me the shadow fade that I needed. Well done!
Do not listen to the other two clowns who gave negative reviews (Mark S and Michael J). One gentlemen complained because he had to wait due to him being too antiquated, refusing to use the app to check in. The other gentlemen complained because he showed up 10mins before closing and nobody rolled out the red carpet for him. A hair cut takes more than 10 minutes, and be prepared to wait if you don't check in online. Phone check ins are NOT ALLOWED! This isn't a barber shop, nor is it 1959. I have been going here for more than two years and this location has done nothing but get BETTER! The staff is amazing, especially Samantha and Helena. Excellent haircuts, and they're willing to work with you to fix any problems. This is the only establishment that properly cuts and styles my hair. Thank you for the excellent customer service and great haircut that I receive each and every time I visit this location. PS- The ladies here are quite easy on the eyes as well
I tried to go here for the first time as I'm new to the area.I arrived around 10 minutes before closing. Apparently their closing time is a mere suggestion. There were folks inside but the door was locked. I gave the look at my watch hint. They hinted too. Message well received. They didn't care that a potential customer drove there, arriving before closing hours to get a hair cut. I'll not try again. I'll find establishments that want business, honor their posted open hours, and appreciate the publics time and efforts to arrive for their services. Good luck, but I hope you fail and close. People shouldn't be in the service industry with this type of outlook. Perhaps back to flipping burgers.
