Lush Nail Bar in McDonough, GA

As glamorous as this nail salon looks, don't let looks deceive you. I have now visited this salon 3 times trying to give them a chance, but I will no longer be returning. Every single time I've been charged different amounts for the same exact nails and style. I do SNS with tips and I do them medium length. However, every single time I am charged more. It started out with $51, then $53, then $58. When I asked the person in charge he said "oh yeah because you have on tips." I said I get the same tips and size every single time, there is no way that the cost is different every single time. They also force you to have gel on your toe nails. When I first asked for regular polish the nail tech that did my toes, an older man, was very rude and messed them up and when I asked him to please fix them, he became upset with me and said that's because I don't use gel. I should not have to feel forced to use gel on my toes. My total pedicure was $35 before the gel and because he forced gel on me there was another $15 added to the bill, on top of the generous tip that I left for both nail techs (hands and feet). Recently, there have many nail salons popping up in Locust Grove, but the quality and service are not great. I will be returning to my little nail salon, where I get what I ask for.

I love this place, but everytime I come I get quoted a different price and I get the same thing done. Basic! Look at this over charge, for this service. It's a good job but just basic. I will never come back again! This is a refill mind you. I asked how much would it be for a refill manicure and pedicure. I was told $51. As they took my money, the cashier went to the back laughing handing the money off to the guy who did just my hands. I paid with a card and tipped cash like always. Paid $30 tip because the girl who did my pedi deserved it. But this is outrageous. I don't mind paying for self care, but I was tricked with this one! Lush Nail Lounge Locust Grove, GA

This is not my usual salon. I prefer service from salons on the north side as they appear to under they are in a service industry and act accordingly. The initial visit the nail tech was rude. I was preparing for a function and pressed for time and I happen upon the salon. Upon my return again pressed for time, the rude nail tech says she does not feel comfortable proving me service without explanation To add insult to injury the replacement nail tech was cold and unfriendly finishes my nail and dismisses herself no hand massage or warm towel . I hand to sit there for 15 minutes with nail filings and oil dripping from my hand while my pedi was completed. Lesson learned stopped spending my hard earned money in a place where the service is poor . People listen up! This not the place you should be visiting. Stop ! there is one of these salons on every block teach them a listen hit them in their pockets so they will earn your business. We are not to be taken for granted

Awful customer service. As the manager passed me I had a question for her so I said "excuse me", she turned around and said huh...and her facial expression was as if I was disturbing her. At that point I got up and left. I'm thankful that no services had been performed on my nails. Although I live in McDonough I will never patronize this nail shop. They are rude and it's extremely clear they don't want my business.

Came here on a whim because I needed a pedicure and my usual place wasn't open. I opted for the deluxe pedicure, which at most salons is a minimum of 30 minutes for the pedicure alone, but from the time I walked in the door to the time I was back in my car was about 25 minutes. The tech asked if I wanted the callous remover and I said yes, but when he came back over to me he was empty handed and never used that tool. Told him I wanted zero polish, not even clear, and he did clear anyway. Then he sent another person over to take the towels off my legs and and do the last "massage" (because he was at the front counter cutting up with another employee and couldn't be bothered to walk back over) before telling me I was done. I looked at my feet as I was putting my shoes on and they look the same as they did when I walked in. Please don't waste your time or money here.
