Nail tech did a horrible job! I had to keep telling her she was doing my nails wrong. The gentleman told me they do the best they can do, however my nails look like shit! I'm gonna have to soak these off and find another salon. I'm too embarrassed to even post a picture as to not tarnish the reputation of the techs that may do a good job. I should have just let the cops come instead of paying, but I did the right thing.
Well, this place is losing. it's spark! You can literally tell your tech soaking your nails in the acetone damages you nail bed and skin but she will pretend not to hear/understand what you are saying with her passive aggressive behavior trying to make you into the aggressor. Really getting sick of these nail shop! These were done an hour ago! SMH
Recently relocated to ATL and decided to try Luv nails as it's literally 5 minutes from where I am staying. Nice size store with lots of colors to choose from. The lady did a really good job with my mani and pedi but her painting skills needs improvement. Felt like my pedicure was done right and she really removed the callous and dead skin from my feet but the polish was not good at all. I would definitely go back but try another technician. I also wanted really square nails and some of my nails seemed rounded
This place was awesome. The techs were very helpful and knowledgeable of how to fix my situation with my nail. I probably should've taken a before and after picture to show the extent of the damage but the techs were very gentle with my split apart nail. Ouch!! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.
Very poor service. I went for sns and literally sat for an hour. (I was done soaking in ten minutes) then AFTER soak, the head gentleman told me "we haven't forgotten about u" and politely started on someone who came in after me. I will literally NEVER come here again and encourage all who reads this to spend your money elsewhere!!!
