Lily always takes care of my nails. She takes her time and protects my cuticles as requested. I always leave with beautifully manicured hands. The staff are very polite and nice. They treat everyone with respect. Thank you Nail Tech!

its ok. The staff was nice but my nail polish still hasn't dried underneath. It's been 3 hours and now my nails are ruined. It seen like they added something to it to make it last longer but now it doesn't fully dry. I don't think we'll be back

I've been going here for every few months for years, not that anyone ever remembers me and I stuck with them because they do a pretty good job and finish quickly but I just can't justify patronizing a place that legit makes up any price they want each time I come. I went in for a regular mani and pedi combo - priced online and in menu at $30. Was charged $40. Last time I got a regular pedi and regular sns mani and it was $70 even though it should have been $50. When I asked about the discrepancy it was something about adjusting prices to accommodate supply costs but at a *surprise* 40% price increase at check out seems more like you want me to pay for all the business you lost due to the pandemic. Customer lost.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I am so disappointed in my nails and also confused. Does SNS not include a manicure? I have been left with dead skin and hang nails around my nails. I tried to ask questions but they were too busy rushing to hear me out. So unless you want to sit in their parking lot afterwards and cry like I am right now, just go somewhere else.

They have a sign that says prices have increased due to having to pay to sanitize their salon. I can understand this, but it is so unprofessional to not have the new/updated prices posted. The tech (she's new) did a horrible job. I am not into acrylic or SNS. I always bring my own polish and she knew she did a horrible job and said that the polish was thin. The OPI polish was not thin and I ended up coming home and repainting my toes. I initially wanted my nails and toes painted but I didn't waste my time getting my nails done after the horrible job she had done on my toes. Oh, and be prepared to pay 10.00 for a polish change now. I asked why so much and they said the cut down is 5.00. WOW!!! This was confirmation that I will be at home painting my own toes and nails.
