Had my first haircut here today and was beyond thrilled the whole time. Warren was amazing, kind, intuitive etc. I will be back for sure

Jeffery gave me the worst hair cut and color. I would compare it to a five year old cutting their bangs with scissors. There was chunks taken out of the back like steps on one side, razored ends with a dull razor toward the front. The color was dull and brassy and uneven. I went from a beautiful light blonde to light brown. I never asked him to do this, he did this on his own. I went in for a touch up on my roots and a trim and he destroyed my healthy hair. When my hair was wet he tried to comb it with a comb, when I have thick wavy hair. The owner even questioned what the heck he was doing and told him to grab a wet brush. I find that strange when he has been cutting and coloring hair for 20 years.

This was my first time and I was nervous after seeing the pics online that maybe I was too old to be in that salon. BOY WAS I WRONG. I LOVE WHAT JEFF DID. I feel Beautiful

This was my third haircut with Jeff (the last being.... a decade ago? since before I moved to LA). I was in town and needed a haircut and I remembered how he had given me the best haircut and haircut experience I had ever had, so I looked him up and found him at Sweeney Todd's. I was diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia this last year and trying not to be depressed about permanent hair loss (and not knowing when the hair loss would stop), mostly resorting to hats to feel confident going out. I don't like to spend time styling my hair or feeling like I need to do much to feel presentable. From the moment of walking in I felt taken care of -- offered a beverage, great conversation, so much laughter (the best part), and Jeff knew right away what to do with my hair and I fully trusted his instincts. I love the cut (curly stacked bob with long bangs that somehow seems to make my grays blend in too, and makes me feel like I don't need to wear makeup :) ), and the good vibes from the whole experience lasted long after. Cancel your therapy appointment and just get a haircut with Jeff! ;)
