The Curl Salon in Minneapolis, MN

Today was my daughter's first time at The Curl Salon and she loved it! The stylists know what they are doing with curls. We will definitely be back!

The service I received from this salon was absolutely horrible from the moment I said in Monikas chair to the moment I left. The whole experience was bad. I wanted a simple root retouch and tone. And a cooler tone blond all over. But left with brown roots to a gray/green blond hair. Different mixtures of warm and cool tones all over my head. I knew I should have left when the salon owner asked her stylist while the consultation was being done if she felt confident enough to do what needed to be done to my hair. WHO DOES THAT. The salon owner was rude when I called and asked for a refund because I was incredibly upset with my hair color. She tried to tell me that I wanted brown roots even though the stylist knew she messed up and said "Maybe you'll warm up to the brown roots". Why would I want brown when I came in to get them bleached? I should not have paid. Great clips could have provided better service. Take your money to any other Curly salon but not this one!

Every time I get a haircut here I leave feeling like I'm a new improved version of myself! Maria was amazing and she got the cut and style done very quickly! The salon itself is stunning! The vibe of the place is very friendly and you WILL receive compliments from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out.

I don't hate my curls anymore! I had my first cut in June and not only did it look great then, the grow out was equally good. I haven't had this many compliments on my hair ever. I just had it cut again and it's perfect! I did the full service curly cut the first time and curls on the run (no wash and style) this time. Justyne delivered awesome service with both and I highly recommend!

Every time I am in Minneapolis, I get a haircut here. They usually accommodate me for the same week and I feel amazing after getting a Curly cut!
