Jacqueline listens to my needs and does such a beautiful job on my color and cut. I moved far away and have to take a ferry to get to her now but, it is well worth knowing I'll walk out of the salon with a beautiful cut and color! On top of always doing a great job, she's very sweet and enjoyable to talk to during our time together.
Trying to find the right salon/ hair stylist is like trying to find the perfect pair of jeans. I decided to try Jackie based on a recommendation from a neighbor with similar curlyish, but really more frizzy than curly, hair like mine. Jackie gets the struggle of us curly hair girls. She always listens carefully to what my hair issues are, then makes suggestions, and then we come up with a plan for the cut and/or color I'm looking for. She never makes me feel rushed or like I'm inconveniencing her. I've been to many other stylists that slap color on your hair and then disappear for like waaaay longer than color is supposed to process. She's super sweet and really cares about her clients. I only wish I found her earlier!

Jacqueline did a wonderful job fixing a bad haircut my husband had previously gotten (cut short on the top of the head, long everywhere else...). She took a difficult situation and made it look like a normal hair cut - very impressive! She listened very carefully at the beginning when he explained what he liked and didn't like and somehow made it all work. She was friendly, easy to work with, and easy to schedule. Definitely recommend!
