I've been a customer at a competing chain for well over a decade, and my experiences there were mostly good, but there were enough "wow, this is a bad haircut" experiences to prompt me to try another place. I happened to be in the same shopping center, and decided to stop in to see if they could accommodate me. They were able to do so immediately. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the haircut I received was as expert a cut as I've ever had. The employee doing my haircut asked if I preferred a scissor cut or a clipper cut. I told her I have no preference, and asked her to do whatever is easiest for her. She proceeded to give me a full scissor cut. The end result was great! I was also very appreciative of the "how towel" service at the end. The employee uses a hot, moist towel to clean up all of the hair fragments from customers' necks, cheeks, and ears. This was a really nice surprise, and a really nice touch. I've been back twice since, and have received both full clipper cuts, as well as combination scissor / clipper cuts, and each has been perfect. Prices are on the high side, but the results are consistent and great.
Great service from Marissa!! She's a very talented and professional stylist. She gave me an awesome haircut and an awesome color service for an affordable price. Moreover, she provided excellent customer service and actually explained what she was doing to my hair step-by-step. This location has been around for decades, and it's my first time using this Supercuts. Highly recommend! Great service, great price.
I just wanted to say that Mercedes is hands down with the best beautician that I have ever met she has given me the best haircut in my entire life I trust her like I would trust no other. She has a great attitude she's friendly she makes you feel comfortable she is just a people person and I believe she's a real asset for your guys's business I come from out of town just to get my haircut by her.
$30 for a shampoo and haircut of 2" straight long hair is excessive. No wait. Friendly staff..
I used to go here a ton when I worked at Baxters. I moved away and came back and happy to see they still have good employees doing a great job. Mercedes is awesome. She's super friendly and takes good care. Will be back again.
