I found this salon by accident when going to the UPS Store next door. They got me in immediately without an appointment. Prices were the same as my old salon. I made an appointment for the next visit & Kim even called the day before to remind me. My nails have been done perfectly every time.
I've been here several times after a bad experience with Mindy at Zen. Diva is careful about COVID compliance, does great work, is reasonably priced and has a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend and I'm picky about nail places.
This is my good friends' go-to nail salon & my own is down for COVID right now, so she & I scheduled concurrent appointments for mani/pedi together one day. They're taking the proper precautions but it doesn't feel 'stuffy' in there. The spa chairs are comfortable & the ladies are knowledgeable, fast & friendly & they take extra care when cleaning the cuticles, which is a pet peeve for me. The salon is chic, streamlined & efficient without feeling uncomfortably 'sterile.' The costs are competitive & reasonable & best... there is no distinct & heinous 'acrylic' odor inside.

I started going to Diva Nails when I moved into the neighborhood in 2010. For several years, they were great. In the last year or so, however, I began to feel distinctly unwelcome. It was especially bad with one of the girls. She actually started my pedicure, and then handed me off to another girl as soon as that girl finished. Another time I made an appt for what I was told was the earliest time on a Sat only to arrive and find that they were open and completely full. I had to wait with my feet soaking in water. This past Friday I walked in at opening time for a pedicure and was told they were completely booked until that evening. Thing is, there were no customers inside at that time. They've updated their decor and stations. They do a good job with the pedicures. But I'm tired of feeling like an inconvenience to them and won't be going back. When I couldn't get in last week I went to another salon and had a pleasant experience. I'll continue going to them now, even though the location isn't nearly as convenient for me.
