First time here and definitely going back! This is the cleanest nail salon I've seen in Vancouver and friendly too. Had a mani/pedi and it was relaxing plus priced well.
I'm not sure why they put Hair as a part of their signage! I walked in thinking I could get a hair cut. Nope. I'm not sure what they do with hair, but they don't cut it. Luxury Day Spa would be more their style. I can't rate them on that tho because I have no experience with them.
Absolutely horrible customer service I will NEVER go back to this place never! I don't even think the salon is worthy of 1 star!
I have gone here for years but no more. I called and made an appointment for my mom who was in from out of town for my brother's wedding and a funeral. She left the funeral to get her nails done for my she left the funeral to get her nails done for my brotherd wedding. At 7 minutes past 1 the nail place called to ask whether or not she was still coming I told them yes she turned the wrong way on Ward Road and she would be there in a few minutes she called me at 1:11 saying that they refuse to do her nails and so she left. When I called the Nail place to find out what happened they straight-up lied to me and said she was 20 minutes late which by 1:11 she had already called me so that was not true. Today I tried to call and talk to the manager again and the lady who answered the phone would not let me speak she spoke over me and was extremely rude and hung up on me twice, between that and being lied to you I will never drive all the way across town again to get my nails done by them.
I've been going here for the past few months and they did amazing service. I've always scheduled an appointment, however needed to reschedule my 10 am appointment and when I called to do so, whoever answered the phone was rude!!!! She stated that I needed to have called earlier (I called when as soon as they opened, at 9:15) because they had to turn away people cause they were waiting for me??? Why would you turn away people 45 minutes before my appointment???? I do think they do great work but unfortunately I'll be going elsewhere now.
