I had an appointment today at 11:30 with Lisa. I showed up 5 minutes early and walked in. There was nobody at the reception desk. I wasn't greeted by anybody. I waited 5 minutes and then walked into the salon area and politely told the lady I had an appointment at 11:30 with Lisa. She responded with "I'm Lisa, go take a seat and I'll be with you." I sat down and waited another 15 minutes. Then I got up and told Lisa that I was going to leave and that I had an appointment shouldn't have to wait 15+ minutes to be seen. She looked confused and her coworker said she could reschedule but honestly why would I want to go back when they obviously don't respect their patrons or their time? After we left my husband informed me that she overheard Lisa making disparaging comments about the gay community to her client that she was helping. Saying stuff along the lines of that gay people have multiple personality disorder because they can't seem to make it their mind. So I'm glad I didn't give my money to this woman!
