I ask her to cut bangs back into my style, and I ended up with lop-sided bangs. She cut my right side to short and even took off an area that should have stayed. This is why I never go to a place like this. They can NEVER get it right. Now I'm stuck. I paid $20.00 for a shit show haircut....Never again!
My boyfriend and 4 year old went in to get a haircut. My boyfriends was a simple buzz cut and they messed it up, he had to fix it himself where there were areas longer than the rest. The lady who did my sons hair cut BOTH his ears and drew blood. Would not recommend going here.
I came in at 2:26 for a eyebrow was and 1st the credit machine was down no biggie I had cash. I was told by the one hairdresser it would be 30 to 40 minutes so I said I would wait. It is now 3:46 and I am still waiting. Are you serious ????? I have already waited this long and I am going to get my brows waxed but I will never come here again and will always tell people to stay away. No apologies from the one girl working.... this is the worst place
I had a bad experience here and was extremely unhappy with the cut I was given but after having to go about a week (because my work schedule) the General Manager got me a appointment with another stylist who took absolutely the best possible care of me. My hair went from almost shaving my head to the best cut I've ever had. So I can't recommend this location even tho it was made right because it wasn't this location that fixed the horrible cut I was gave but I will say this if you do go and they mess it up management will make sure you get either your money back or someone else cut it and fix the mistake.
