The staff is friendly enough, but my visit was during prom so they were swamped. They do not do well under pressure. This was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. My heels still look rough, he didn't do a very good job at painting. Perhaps it was because they were so busy, but at this point they should be more relaxed during busy times.
This is my favorite nail salon in Frankfort. The service is quick and the employees are friendly. The salon is thoroughly cleaned. I love their pedicure massage chairs. Prices are very competitive with other salons.
They've recently remodeled the floor and walls and everything looks beautiful.
Second time I've been there. It's cheaper than most other salons. (Get what you pay for.) I talked to the lady and showed her a pic of what I wanted. I couldn't understand what she said as she walked away. I think she said no and because she shook her head. She handed me off to a guy. I decided just do solid color except for big toe and have it polished two colors at angles. One toe looked pretty good, like the pics. The other big toe I couldn't describe. I'm homemade have to try to fix it. It was $5 more than quoted. I won't go back. I felt like taking a pic would work better than just explaining what I wanted like last time. It resembled a squashed bug.
Walked in today and was treated very well. The gentleman that did my pedicure was professional and efficient. I will visit again.
I could not be happier with the service at this salon. Three weeks ago I got acrylics for the first time ever. Three and a half weeks later they were still in great shape. I went in to get them redone and expressed having my own nails this time as they had grown out. The technician very patiently took the nails off and shaped my own nails. We did S&S this time. I was shocked it was only $25. He had spent almost two hours with me and the atmosphere is so friendly. I highly recommend this salon. My nails have never looked better!
