I paid $42 for a gel manicure based on their recommendation because the lady said it would last 2-3 weeks. My nails made it six days before the polish started chipping.

I'll start out by saying I'm not usually one to leave poor reviews. I have been going to paradise for nearly two years for SNS every 2-3 weeks. Customer service has never been amazing, but the quality was great so I have remained a customer... until today. I had SNS with a basic design done two days ago- a total of $65, before tip. The tech did a great job, but within one day two of the ends had chipped. I went in today to have them repaired and could clearly tell they weren't thrilled to fix my nails. The tech today cut corners to get it done quickly instead of correctly. Rather than removing the SNS and re-dipping the entire nail she filed it down shorter than the rest to avoid that step. I pointed out that it looked different than the others, which took a lot for me to say and would have been understandable if it weren't just two lines for the design. I asked her to remove the second line and redo it to look like the others and her attitude made me decide this would be my last trip to that nail salon. I'm so sad because paradise has been my goto for so long now.

Shout out to Eric. He did my manicure and pedicure. He sang the whole time, consulted with me, kept checking with him, and ultimately was really cool. When he was doing my nails, I got to joke with him some. He did an awesome job and was really just so super cool. He chose the color black for my heart. It's my fav color, so I let it ride, but it makes me think what he got going on, lol.

It's a big establishment, all male employees (not an issue just never saw that before). I was looking at everyone else's hands and feet for comparison, and everyone's stuff looked great. They have so many colors to pick from. I walked in, and they saw me right away. I did go in at 10 when they opened. By 11, they were getting pretty full.
