Modern Nails in Frankfort, KY

I have been coming here for years but, I won't be back! I came in with my friend at 2:45 PM on a Sunday and at first we were put in the chairs for our nails, after sitting there for 20 mins we were taken back for our pedicures and that was a 2 hour process. My friends toenails were fully covered in polish and she was halfway done with her nails when they decided they would make time to start mine. I thought everything about this experience was ridiculous and I left without my fingernails done. If they would have started my nails when we first got there that, would have been better than me getting my toes done because, I could have got that done the next day. When you spend that much money on services, you should be treated like you are just as important as anyone else. It's not first come, first serve. They do as they please and the polish should be covering the entire nail not, just part of it. I felt rushed and if I would have gotten my nails done they would have probably broken off.

HORRIBLE!!!!! ive been getting my nails done for YEARS. i recently moved from Lexington to frankfort. ive been to so many nail shops in frankfort they all SUCK! too thick or to thin they are all uneven and sideways ect. i told them to just stop mid doing my nail. its so sad that they even made me pay almost $50!!! for these thats not even done or anything. its so sad that i have to drive all the way to Lexington to get my nails done. I honestly dont recommend going ANYWHERE here in frankfort. i also had to even wait 2 HOURS just to even get in the chair. what a waste of money and time. im so done!!!

Definitely not going here again. Walked in the door and asked for a gel pedicure for my mom and I. The lady asked if we wanted the spa pedicure, we said sure thinking, like at most salons, it's the chair, hot water and foot massage etc. Little did my mom and I know, we were now paying $200 for the both of us to get a special volcano lotion. Nothing was mentioned about pricing or add on. Of course we paid for the "service" even though it was the same kind of pedicure I get at other businesses for $90 for two people. Don't know why a volcano lotion would double the price? If you decide to go here, ask about pricing before they start. Not worth the money we paid at all.

First visit in years. Was hoping it'd go better. Was wrong. Waited an hour , still gave her a great tip even though I left with nails that would've been suitable for a toddler doing pageants. I asked for a specific length and they were so short I could still see my finger tips over them. 3 weeks later - wanted a full in since this is where I got them done and wanted them fixed as well.
2nd visit today - called ahead. Still waited an hour. One woman moved above me somehow ? All I needed was a fill in.. will not be going back please don't waste your money here. From the work I could see the other customers getting the nail tech skills are subpar at best .  Also - how does a full set that is advertised $25 turn into $35!?

so when i went in i got helped immediately, she didn't take her time. she went through the process very quickly and carelessly. end result was a very bad job. i asked her if she could square one out more and she said no cause there was already polish on it. they weren't square, one had a big bump, and you can see where she filed them. plus i'm pretty positive she used mma (illegal stuff) because my nails are now ruined, they were just getting hard and strong and now super brittle and i can't get these nails off. do not go here
