I took a dear friend for a special birthday, took her out for a great lunch, and took her for a mani pedi as a special "you" day. I have gone here off and on again for years. Today was the absolute worst visit ever. The place is clean, wonderful staff, but this MANICURE SUCKED! No attention to details and now, I either have to go back or fix it myself.
Started going here about a little over a year ago and could not be happier that I decided to switch to them! I walk in, they know my name, the type of nails I get, the shape, and I let them chose my colors. Every time I bring a picture of what I want I'm always shocked at how identical it looks! They are always clean and very professional. Love it here!!
The people here are super nice and friendly but I felt like they rushed and didn't do there best. They are also very rough.I would come back if they didn't rush
My visit to Pretty Nails was for a pedicure only. My daughter and I have been trying different salons in the area to compare. I arrived around 12:30 on a Friday. The waiting area was ample, far superior to some of the other salons I've visited. I only waited about 10 minutes. The pedicure area appeared clean and neat, though the decor and chairs were a little dated, but still comfortable. The technician fully adjusted my chair for best back support and leg comfort, which none of the other salons we've visited have bothered to do. The leg and foot massage was great and not overly long, which I prefer. My main focus of getting pedicures is to keep my feet looking presentable. The technician was pleasant and did a great job. And when all was done, the cost was $25. Period. It seems at most places I end up paying more at the end than I am expecting, but here it was $25, tax and all. If you're looking for atmosphere, and the feel of a high end spa, you won't find it here. But if you're good with efficient service and a decent pedicure at a fair price, try Pretty Nails.
Just tried to get a pedi here. The tub was filthy all over with dirty towels laying around it. They filled the tub and told me it was ready. I told them it was dirty but person doing pedi's insisted it wasn't. After I used one of the dirty towels to wipe away a ring on the tub (verifying to myself it was indeed dirt and not just a stain), I walked back to the waiting area. I waited in the lobby while the rest of my party enjoyed their pedi's in significantly cleaner foot tubs. The owner confirmed the tub was indeed dirty, cleaned it, then invited me over for a pedi. My trust was basically lost at this point and I won't be back. While waiting for my party, I also noticed they were playing music by Pink and not a single curse word was bleeped out - something I'm hoping my 11 year old didn't notice.
