She did a good job and it was reasonable pricing. I got in fairly quickly. I didn't give five stars because she got perm solution in my eye and was the designated phone answerer even while wrapping my perm. She was called away 10 times at least.

I'm new to town, work nights & woke up about 45 mins before the appt. I made 1 month earlier. I had messages from the salon. I called them back as I was driving there. I was told that "my stylist" hadn't come to work today". therefore I needed to reschedule. I said that that was not possible, I needed my hair done today. She argued with me trying to make it my problem which I refused to accept. Here's the real issue.... I asked to speak to the owner/manager & was told that she had just left for the day!! So, she (owner) knew that I was coming in, had no stylist to take of me & left anyway!! Very poor business practice & judgement! I won't be back & I suggest you skip right by Steven Bailey Salon as well. One star for the stylist that identified herself as "being brand new & not doing color yet" that colored my hair. It turned out so-so....not the best color job I've had. All together very disappointing.

I have only been here two different times but both times I have been delighted by the work of Logan!! Logan is very kind, positive, and I have gotten my hair done pitch black as well as strawberry blonde highlight by him. I have loved my hair both times immensely. And at a great price!! Especially cool that the vibe/hairstylists here are LGBTQ friendly and welcoming to everyone. Recommending to all my friends up here for college.

This was my first visit to salon since covid. Everyone was very pleasant and wearing mask. Bill was my hairdresser and he was very talkative and did exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend this salon.

They dont have the services they offer online. I bought a gift certificate for my pregnant wife to get a relaxing message that is offered through their website...and guess what...no one does messages there and I was told they have been without for a while. So she set up an appointment went to that appointment and was told that the service she wanted was written down wrong and they had no time to do what she was there for....Ridiculous! The worst is that they just seem to care about any of the mistakes they had made. Customer service goes a long way. Maybe I wouldn't be writing this if they had a little class and even made an attempt to make it right. Lesson learned I suppose will be going to Archer the next time I want to spend $300 on a gift for my wife.
