I don't know how customers can have such negative ratings. Your reviews are much different then mine. I enjoy the fact that I can have a walk in at my convenience and I don't have to beg for an appointment when I have an important event. The two ladies I also found to be quite pleasant too. I can't say anything about pedicure experiences, cause I've never had one. My feet are way too ticklish. I do get acrylic nails though and they are really pretty and stay on about a month. If I ever had an issue with a nail, I walk back in and they take care of it with no problems. I also don't feel like they don't rush on anything and they take time with me. They have no problems getting customers that I have seen and I don't feel that I have to wait for service too long. This is just my experiences with A Nails and I can say that I will continue to go back for my nails and the convenience involved. Thanks, Susan A.
I usually go to T-nails. However a girlfriend and I wanted to go get our nails done and decided to give A-nails a try. I went in and was helped almost instantly. However, I showed a picture to the woman and asked for a gel manicure. She told me that it would be $60 for what I wanted in the picture. I did not get $60 worth. She filed my nails and instantly started painting them. I was maybe there 20 minutes. And my nails show that. I won't be returning anytime soon.
Poor quality. Got pedicure and they didn't even put soap in the water. Was with my mom and she had to ask them to clean under her toenails! They don't cut cuticles! Mani they didn't soak or wash hands. Puts a new meaning to express. No lotions either!! I wish i could pay and "express" price!! Terrible. Cash only too. I want to give a good review because they're a small business. The lady was Standing doing my mom's manicure. Rushing us out. Her Meni awful too. Save your money.
they charged me $65 for a full set of acrylics. they did not let me do any nail art. they also refused to make my nails long. they were rude.
Absolutely the worst pedicure I've gotten in my life. They finished the entire pedicure in 5 minutes (literally). Not friendly. They went back and fourth constantly between me and the other customers who came in after me. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Never come here.
