I recently visited this salon for a pedicure and was very pleased with their work. I love that they answer their phone to make appointments. I had 2 nails that are growing out and they suggested doing an acrylic on each of them to make the overall effect more consistent and beautiful. Really enjoyed the experience and result. I was very disappointed with how my nails ended up, First of all, my nails were supposed to be a solid color with a different color for my ring finger's nail, there was also a big gap of my nail being shown near my cuticles. After a few weeks of my nail polish being on I decided that I wanted to do my own nails in a different color and I tried getting it off with super-strong nail polish remover, I tried rubbing it on one finger for 5 minutes and it didn't come off so I decided to peel it, BAD IDEA! It damaged my nails very badly and my nails constantly broke until I had to start taking vitamins for a few weeks.
Worst nail service provider in Plattsburgh, NY! I had an appointment with a friend at 3:00 PM on a particular day. I accidentally went to Walmart thinking this nail place was inside Walmart, which it wasn't. At 3:08 PM my friend texted me and asked where was I and I explained I went to the wrong place and she said I'm on my final nail coat of polish. The pedicure was eight minutes long? And she stated they did absolutely nothing except the bottom of her feet and paint her nails and then charged her $35. Consequently when I arrived I 100% canceled my appointment and fully declined services. Staff was very unfriendly!
My friend asked for gel nails and gel polish full set and charged her for a full set of gel nails but actually gave her acrylic nails with gel polish!!! Gel nails are made with a pot of actual gel not a powder and a liquid!!!
