Love love this place! Today was my third time coming here and they never disappoint : ) I asked for a pedi and manicure and i loved it!! The ladies are always kind and sweet and they make sure you feel comfortable!
I came yesterday for a manicure and pedicure this place did such an amazing job!! Jay did my manicure and Lin did my pedicure and these two were extremely skilled at what they do. Both had such a positive attitude and I enjoyed talking to them throughout the service. The place is so comfortable and it's got such a nice vibe that I always enjoy coming here for my monthly fill-ins. I gotta say that this set of nails is my ABSOLUTE favorite! Jay really hit it out of the ballpark with the design. I love the little details he added onto my nails and I've been getting non-stop compliments on my nails since I got them done. And the pedicure was so relaxing, I just wanted to sink into the massage chair and fall asleep, haha. Anyways, I'm so glad I found this place after I moved here from Florida. I've had nothing but positive experiences, the staff is always great, and I definitely recommend coming here especially if you love getting nails designs!
I want to give this place a good review but unfortunately my nails are now bare of polish, and completely ruined until I can regrow what's been destroyed. My first manicure was heaven. The gal was very quick and I walked out with absolutely flawless nails that lasted over 3 weeks! The second time I went, I got another manicure and the gal used the dremmel tool for EVERY step. I hated it and I kept telling her I would prefer mail file or buffer. She said no and proceeded. The nails looked okay, but there were parts touching my cuticles and this, they peeled and chipped within two weeks. This last time I went, I got a manicure and pedicure. The gentleman who did them seemed like he was being very caring to my nails, and he definitely got all the dead skin off!! However, the polish was horrible. My toes look okay, they still have polish - but my manicure was peeling the next day. I called Kelly and she said to come back and they would fix the nails for no charge. 4/10 nails had to be redone. It's now been 4 days since my initial manicure and all the original nails have literally popped off and I have no desire to go back and be gaslit by the gal who "fixed" my nails. I will never be back, I will never recommend, and I will always think of this experience when I get my nails done. So today, 3 days after getting my nails FIXED, I have ZERO polish on my fingernails, which are now completely thinned out and bending.
Very disappointed. I asked for a manicure with dip powder and pedicure with gel. When I first arrived, I asked if I could get matching colors for the dip and gel and they said yes they could match it. Did not receive manicure whatsoever. Just put on dip on my nails. Very thick and clumpy. Dip and gel colors did not match.
