It all started when I got a full classic flat set done by Nicole on November 17th, 2020. The lashes were beautiful. A couple days later I barely itched my eye and half the lashes came off. I accepted fault on this. (I had not had lashes for 6 months and thought I was just getting used to them again). I made an appointment on November 19th for a touch up. I got the touch up and the same thing happened, except I was careful not to itch. I was losing a great deal of lashes with no natural lash attached so it wasn't natural shedding. I scheduled another fill on November 24th and the same issue happened. I hadn't voiced any concerns at this point so I decided to make another appointment and voice my concerns on December 1st. I received another fill and let Nicole know that I was having a great deal of issues, especially with the inner eye. I let her know I was losing a lot of lashes in a very short period of time. At this point in time I had seen Nicole four times in a two week period. I texted the phone number for the business letting them know about the visits and issues I had been having. It was MJ who responded and said to come in and see her, at no charge, so she could examine the work and try to fill in the areas where I was continuing to have loss. I saw MJ on December 4th. She told me that the work she examined by Nicole was good work and she did not see any errors. She placed the blame on me, saying that I must be itching in my sleep. I also asked about Nicole not going through before she does a fill and removing the grown out lashes and the one not hanging one all the way. She replied that its not needed and can be done by just looking. I still had issues with lash loss so I saw Nicole again on December 11th for a fill. Let her know I was having the sam issues. I texted the business number again because I still had lash loss. It was one to two days after the appointments that the loss would happen. MJ responded and said I shouldn't have seen Nicole again and that I should have seen Meghan next. I saw Meghan on December 15th and had the same issues after that visit. On December 22nd, I saw a different business because I wanted answers, if it was really something I was was doing or if the lashes were improperly applied. The lash technician stated that the glue was 75% up the lash instead of just at the tip, making the extension too heavy, causing it to fall off. The glue had also clumped together because too many lashes and glue were used to cover too little space. I only wanted classic and fans had been added at some point. A great deal of extensions had to be removed from clean up because none of the technicians at Bella had gone through and done a clean up and removal of grown out extensions. In total, I spent over $250 and 8 hours trying to get this resolved.

MJ is absolutely amazing! She is the definition of quality when it come to lashes and is very meticulous. I have been going to Bella d'Lux for about two years now. I took a about 10 month break from lashes and when I decided to get them done again, I purchased a Groupon from another place for the initial set... . big mistake! The quality was lacking and the glue on my new lashes made it look like I had dry skin and gunk everywhere! Gross! I went back to MJ when it was time for my fill. Had my routine cleaning done and she fixed my lashes good as new! To say she is a miracle worker is understatement. She is simply amazing, friendly and just a great person! If you're looking QUALITY, this is it!

I needed a mini volume fill and decided to go here since they had a few openings. It was my first time here since I usually go somewhere else. The place is in a small room but very clean and organize, very cute. They sell lots of eyelash products and also provide lots of services, like waxing and eyebrow services. Wendy was very friendly, asked about my needs and expectations. I was satisfied after she was done. My eyelashes looked beautiful again. I was happy with the service I received, the only little thing I wasn't to thrilled about was the price. Usually I Pay $35 for a volume fill and I payed $65 here. Either than that everything was good.

Windy H. was awesome! She listened to what I wanted and I absolutely love my lashes. Also, I was waiting for my ride and Windy stayed instead of locking the door until my ride came so that I can be inside and not in the cold rain, even though she was already off work and it was 6:30 pm on a Sat. I'll definitely be returning. I was in a state of lash emergency!! I needed a fill quickly. I looked online and saw the great reviews so I called to see if they had an opening. Barb answered and told me there wasn't any openings. When I told her I was in dire need of a fill, she told me that she would see if she can work somethings around and call me back either way. Within 5 mins. she called and offered me an appt within an hour!!!! I've never been seen at Bella D'Lux. I'm so grateful for Barb & Windy. They've definitely turned me into a regular customer! My entire experience was excellent!

MJ does a fantastic job with new lashes and fills. I've had both Classic and Flat lashes. I always get compliments and I even get asked if they're mine. It's easy to make appointments and she is always on time.
