Sunrise Nails & Spa in Puyallup, WA

I've been going here for a few years.They used to be very kind and welcoming. They have become rude, don't care if your happy with your nails. Today I went to get a pedicure. The technician didn't want the massage chair on, she did the pedicure in about 10 minutes, I had to ask her to get the rest of my old polish off before applying the new color. Very poor service.

The staff here is absolutely horrendous! I've experienced and observed others experience severe racism! I walked in and it was a bit busy however I never had anybody greet me instead they all stared at me for approximately 10 minutes and never seemed to notice my presence. I definitely would never recommend!

I had a scheduled appointment last week for Sandy and when I got there at my appointment time she was already just starting someone else's nails. I was told another person was going to do my nails so I figured it would be fine but here we are not even a week later and all of my ACRYLICS have fallen off. I have called and they said they would fix a few but then they all fell off and they are saying I took them off myself. No. I have never ever had acrylic nails come off that fast and just peel off so easily. I don't understand what happened.

If I could put 0 stars I would! This place is an absolute joke! My daughter in law and I went to get our nails done together for a nice relaxing girls day and it ended up with us leaving and being very upset. My toes turned out hideous because she globed the nail polish on, and I wish that had been the worst of it. But unfortunately it just went down hill from there. The woman that decided she wanted to do my daughter in law's nails (same one that did my toes) my D-I-L didn't want her to do her nails, so I tried to sit down instead, and she insisted that my D-I-L sit down. we explained that we had dip nails, and wanted dip again; she started using the electric file on her dipped nails without having softened them first. My D-I-L pulled her hands away while we tried to explain that they weren't gel, nor did she want gel, and the woman kept insisting on gel. The other woman that works there saw what was going on and tried to explain to her in their language, instead she grabbed my D-I-L's hands again and again each time she pulled away, at that point we were both done, she was NOT listening to what we wanted and she put her hands on a customer several time. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR US. I do realize they have a different culture, but we are the customer and that is NOT OK for any reason! I can't believe that even after all of that, we still paid for our pedicures, while the second woman that took my money was apologizing for the other workers behavior. We will NEVER step foot in that Hellacious DUMP again. I didn't even state how old and dirty if felt inside.

I've been coming here for a few months now for pedicures and occasional manicure. I decided to try dip powder today and they turned out amazing! These are my real nails, no tips added.
