Love love, love Lena, we're a gay married couple. This was our very first pedicure. We got the deluxe package, and we were in for a treat, Lena is extremely professional. She made our first experience fabulous. We were totally pampered so very relaxing. We highly recommend INAIL and Lena. We are now going to be regulars, 5 star rating

They were so rude, they pulled off my nail almost 3 times and made me bleed twice. The smell inside isn't the greatest, honestly they're nail work sucked I'm not even sure why or how they still get customers, as well as the music playlists, I personally didn't like the music they played and or how it looked inside but that's just my opinion. I have hearing problems and while i was paying for my nails I had asked her to repeat what she said and she replied back so rudely like I'm sorry that I have hearing problems.

I have been coming to the same location for over 7 years and today was definitely my last time. I have never left with my nail beds and fingers hurting so bad. The lady that did my nails this time is the same person who did my pedicure about a week ago, To start off, she told me that she called out of work yesterday because she drank to much the night before. I requested a replacement set and she ripped my last set off with NO compassion didn't stop once to make sure I wasn't being hurt used the corner of a tip to try to slide trough even when there was tension and cut my natural nails so bad it's going to take forever for them to look normal again. Then to top it off, she used the nail drill to remove all of my cuticles (this has never happened to me before and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. My nails sent even and all look different shapes, the polish job looks horrendous and I'm pretty sure I was charged for the nail removal as well. Not to mention she did the same exact thing to my toes, no cuticle left and my toes still hurt. Do better iNail you could be a place that has a good cliental but I will never be back. In my opinion she did not go to school for this and should not be allowed to work on clients.

Worst pedicures ever...The gal that was working with my daughter talked on her phone almost the whole time. Tools were not sterilized. We didn't receive massages. Service was rushed. My paint was ruined on several toes when she put my flip flops on too soon. Truly disappointing.

Chose a pedicure with the works and didn't get all of the services - no drink was offered, no massage and the tech rushed through. The stones were far too hot and burned my feet, and she got nail polish on my flip flop which she smeared around. I also got a manicure and that tech super rushed the job leaving me with uneven and odd looking nails that I filed down myself. The kicker: she superglued my fingers together and just pried them apart but didn't clean off the glue!
