I made an appointment on a whim because my regular is far away AND didn't have any availability and I had a wedding to go to. I saw Reaghan and she was spunky, fun and a blast to hang with. I got a partial foil, wash and blow out and I found the pricing extremely fair. We chatted like we were old friends and the space was clean and inviting. I ended up rebooking because she is much closer than my long time stylist and I loved my blonde she did. She's a newer stylist I believe but for blonde highlights on thick/regular hair like mine I would DEFINITELY recommend her. I will update after my haircut next time. I was going to a wedding that night and she offered to throw curls in for free but I wasn't sure if I wanted to go straight or curly so I declined but her blow out was really good and it was nice she offered.

If you have curly hair, make an appointment with Madison!!!!! She really knows what she's doing. Between the awesome haircut, the care instructions she gave me (satin sleeping hats are a miracle), and the products she recommended, I feel like I have new hair. I went from the occasional good hair day to just... having good hair! Madison is AMAZING.

I've lived in 3 countries and I also have curly South Indian hair, which makes it exceptionally hard to find someone who can get my haircut right. I must say that no one has ever cut my hair as perfectly as Madison. My hair looks amazing every time. She knows what she's doing with curly hair. She is also a super kind and genuine person, shes good to chat or to not depending on your preference or mood. I've always felt comfortable to voice my concerns or questions with her, as I've always been met with respect. Also, I've always found the salon clean and friendly. Their stations are comfortable, the products are great. I appreciate the cruelty free options. They don't push you to buy things which I appreciate as well. If you have curly hair, I would recommend Madison 100%

Loved my experience!! Not sure what happened with the negative reviews but staff was super friendly and welcoming. Jackie did my hair (after I hadn't gotten my hair done in a year due to moving and having a baby). She did a great job listened to me and made me feel welcome. Understood that for work I have to wear my hair up without complaint. Didn't try to sell me on products or on color (I have a lot of grey) which I appreciated. Very clean inside and well spaced out. Great experience will go again. However the address on Yelp is incorrect - correct address is 109 W Main St, Northborough, MA 01532. Easy to get to.

I am a nurse and work in the OR in Boston. I called to reschedule an appointment because my patient had to push his surgery back a few hours due to covid. I called to hopefully reschedule my appointment since I didn't think I would make it on time. The owner rudely explained the reschedule policy an stated that they don't care what the circumstances are, I will still have to pay for the appointment. Since I can't afford to pay for two appointments, I scrambled to find coverage to be able to get my hair done. I called back to let them know I found coverage and I will be attending the appointment after all. Over the phone the receptionist confirmed with me that I had an appointment and told me 3:30. After rearranging my entire day, driving an hour, and finding coverage I show up to my appointment at 3:30 and find out that my appointment was really at 2:30, and since I wasn't there, my hairdresser left. The owner again was insanely rude and made it seem like it was my fault. The receptionist apologized for her mistake but there was no apology from the owner, and basically all she cared about was my credit card information to be saved on file. I understand mistakes happen but I am really taken aback at how the owner handled this situation and I'm shocked at the lack of customer service. I (and I can't stress this enough) will never go back.
