I had to get my eyelashes removed because of developing an allergy to glue. The artist got chemicals in my eyes that seared my eyes. I kept on saying how badly it burned and she said it was normal. This is not normal. The artist wanted me to get a new set the next day after a horrible allergic reaction. When I said I would reach out again if I wanted to try getting them again she continuously texted my personal number and set up appointments without my asking for them. She texted me upset when I canceled these appointments (that I did not make). On top of it all she made a comment about my 27 year old "mature skin" after burning my swollen eyes. Horrible experience, unprofessional, and unsafe.
I don't even know where to begin...I've been getting my lashes done for almost a year now and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Danielle has to be one of the most professional, thoughtful and friendly, funniest people I have ever met. Not only does she give an amazing service every time but she genuinely makes me feel so good about myself. If you are looking for a beautiful atmosphere, friendly employees and incredible lashes then this is the place. Oh....and did I mention Daniele is also a wax queen? Wouldn't trust ANYONE else with my eye brows!

Danielle is amazing at doing your eyelashes and eyebrows or any body hair needs. Lynn is a haircare goddess. Flew all the way from Colorado just to get my hair done by her again. Highly recommend coming here.
I've been coming to Lashed off and on since Melissa first opened and I've never once been disappointed. I have a terrible habit of not keeping up with my lashes/waxes but every visit I've had here has been absolutely amazing from the warm reception to the quality of work. I'd never want someone touching my face unless I trust them but I trust anyone she hires into this salon because you're truly going to get the best quality service around! 10/10 for every single visit I've had.
Lynn is the best. Went in with serious issues from a previous hairdresser. She took the time to go over all of my options and find the best option to meet my expectations. Finally loving my hair again Thank You Lynn!!!
