Sinshin nails spa in Cicero, NY

I've had many pedicures here and they have all been good, I love the massage chairs. I would not get a regular manicure here again, the young woman I had used an electric filer on my nail bed to fix "white spots" and filed the nail so low that you can visibly see the level difference as my nails grow back, it's going to take probably 6-7 months to get back to normal. I never get manicures but wanted to treat myself and wish I never did. Don't let anyone use this type tool on your natural nailbed, it's an inappropriate short cut.

I made my appointment for noon, on a Saturday. I was there on time. As I crossed the door they welcomed me and confirmed the service I scheduled (pedicure). Herry was really nice and attentive. He even helped me being comfortable because I had surgery. There was soft music, they offered something to drink. During the process Herry asked for my opinion (water temp., color, nail length) As Herry was doing an excellent job his, I saw how nice the other technicians were with costumers. As I walked out slowly, Herry walked passed me to open the door for me, to make it easier. I will definitely will go back.

I took a good friend of mine for a girls day before the baby is born.(i suck with names) but the two people who took care of us are amazing! We both left with a smile from ear to ear. Personally my nails have never looked better and I can not wait to go back! I've already paid for my package just need to get over the phone anxiety. Highly Highly recomed!

I've gone here a few times with my daughters & at 1st I thought I finally found a new place but recently I guess because they've gotten bigger they haven't been up to par, they only do dip here no tips & they put it on very very thin. My daughters dip polish completely fell off in 2 days. Figured ok she's just a child using her hands a lot, following day no lie 3 of mine were chipped & my 2nd daughters were falling off as well. I guess it depends on who you see but I haven't been as impressed lately....not many colors & put on very thinly (I can still see my nails through the dark pink)

This nail salon has plenty of parking and the interior is very spacious and clean. They have 10 chairs for pedicures and 10 manicure stations. I had a Groupon for a mini spa pedicure and a dip powder manicure. I came on Christmas Eve and had no problem making a phone appointment. I was greeted at the door and was offered water or tea. For tea, you have the option of getting jasmine or black. The mini spa pedicure included a scrub that went up towards my knees. My legs were then wrapped with plastic wrap to maintain moisture while I got the rest of my pedicure. The shape of my nails is great and I like application. My big toe nail chipped a little the next day but that may be due to my own fault. My nail technician was Yoyo and she did a great job. I got color #1 for the SNS nail dip. They did 3 layers which is thicker than I like but it looks great overall. I didn't like that there was gunk under my nails after the appointment and that it had that tacky "skin is stuck to nails-feeling" but it was easy to clean up myself. They were playing Christmas music during the entire time and I thought that was festive and fun. They also had a dog movie playing on the TV so I was entertained the entire time. After my manicure, I was given a light shoulder massage. My technician had the tiniest hands. I was also given a Christmas gift when I left. This was so sweet! It was a cute nail clipper and a modern glass nail filer.
