Classy Nails in Cicero, NY

I've been going to Classy Nails for about two years now and love them! Anthony and Lonnie work so well together and are very comforting. Lonnie always does the best job on my nails. I've been to a few other salons and I always regret not going to classy nails. I highly recommend them!

It could be my own fault but want to make others aware. I walked in thinking I could get a gel manicure and pedicure on a Thursday afternoon. I was immediately greeted with being asked if I had an appointment. I said no but told the owner what I would like done. There was one person getting their nails done and looked to be almost done. The owner asked the other woman working if I could get manicure and pedicure. She turned to me and asked how I was paying. I told her card. She immediately said "Cash only. Sorry." . There were 0 signs stating this anywhere in the business and I didn't see anything of their website which is ran by SquareSite. Very disappointed with how they treat new potential customers. Don't waste your time if you don't carry cash and don't call ahead (says walk ins are welcome on their website).

I booked online bc I couldn't get through the phone three days in a row. My appointment was booked for 1030. I arrived at 10:35 and they acted like I committed a serious crime being 5 mins late. She acted like I was hours late. She also acted like she wasn't aware that I had an appt and like they weren't expecting anyone. There was no one in there and it's a big snow storm I honestly thought maybe they are closed or something bc of the way they were acting. So I was like- well can you still see us? She said they's see us anyways. She then cut me off and was like well how do you plan on paying and I was like card. And she was like no we don't accept card. And I was like hmm okay and she was like do you have payment apps. And I said yes. Then she was like do you want gel or polish and I was like polish. And she was like well do you have sandals. And I was like ummmm no? Like don't you guys provide? (Am I crazy or do nail salons typically give you those like slide on shoes) I was so put off by her attitude and I felt like I was totally inconveniencing them and that they didn't want my business, so I said that I was just gonna leave. And then they reported me as a no show. They also texted us at 10:35 (which I didn't receive until back in the car bc I was inside talking to her) and asked if we were still coming so idk why they acted so shocked when we arrived. Weird vibe. Won't be back. Moral of the story: don't be late, even if 5 mins due to weather, they don't accept card only payment app, and apparently you need your own sandals lol

First time ever going and will DEFINITELY be back! The staff was so fun, personable, and kind. Not to mention my dip manicure looks so natural and beautiful. The dip wasn't so thick like other salons. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

My first time going here was today and I'm glad I did. Very welcoming and my nails look amazing! Definitely will be back.
