I would give this place a zero if I could. My daughter paid $800 for extensions and they totally messed them up. They looked so horrible and hurt since they were put in wrong that she went back the next day and had them removed. They gave her $ 200 certificate from there as her refund. And now they will not honor it. The owner was so rude. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Came to get my hair done (a balayage) for my birthday. At first I was trying to convince myself that I liked it but after a week I couldn't stop staring at my hair with annoyance. Probably worst balayage I've ever gotten. Couldn't see much of a difference in my hair although it grew out horribly as it was not blended well, the tone of it was very brassy which I told them I did not like and ended up getting my hair done again after only 2 1/2 months unlike the usual 6-10 months after I get a balayage. They weren't super friendly. I don't know, if you want to get your hair done well with great service I would not spend your money here. Definitely not coming back.

I wanted to like this salon due to its vintage aesthetic on the inside & it being a small business, but I left unhappy. My stylist took my hair to black and cut my hair too choppy, despite me asking for dark brown & whispy hair. The layers were chunky & uneven, so much so that my new stylist had plenty to fix (both with color & cut). I don't think I've had a worse haircut in my life.

Came in with boyfriend today for a haircut and Lauryn who opens the salon in the morning did a fabulous job! I was offered tea, water, or coffee while I waited for him and she was very personable and consulted with him on every aspect of the cut before doing it. She gave us a coupon after for $5 dollars off next visit! It was also only 16 bucks which is comparable to many chain stores around the area. But with this place you get more of an atmosphere of luxury, expertise, and friendliness! Definitely will be going here from now on for all hair cuts! Highly recommend to anyone! Great location too!
