Has appoinment but nobody was there doors were locked. Had to wait over a week to get service. Nobody seemed to care. They couldn't even try to get me in earlier. I'll never go there again.

LeAsia was really great! This was my first experience with removing unwanted hair from my ears. She explained the process and this was helpful to know what to expect. I would strongly recommend her!

I've been coming to this salon for a few years, getting Brazilian waxes mainly and eyebrow tinting a few times. My favorite ladies that wax me are Brittany the manager and Amber. I've been seen by a few other ladies as well and they were pretty nice and good at what they do. They have all been pretty knowledgeable. You get 50% off when you want to try a new service. I've had a few misunderstandings/issues with this salon but after expressing myself the manager always makes it right. The lobby is really nice, and the service rooms are nice as well. They can turn up the heat or make it cooler in your room for you if you ask. They offer good products as well

Let me start off saying that you get a 50% off your first service when you book online. That should at least get you in the door. The reception area is efficient and the receptionist is by far the most friendly I've ever meet. She answered questions and walked me through the process of registering. My 'Cerologist' LeAnn met me in the lobby and plainly explained what I was getting done and how she would proceed with the wax. Service was impecable and she removed ingrown hairs. To me, that specific service was well worth the price. She was careful, professional, courteous, and responsive to my questions and concerns. She took my personal requests seriously and amended her technique as such. Wonderful experience and I would always recommend doing to her. Then a couple days later I got a hand written post card in the mail thanking me for coming in. Trust me- this place is legit and they are fantastic at why they do

On the positive side, the wax they use is by far the most gentle that I have experienced, and it was easy to get an appointment. The problem I had with the place was really more the service. My brows took a long time but weren't done particularly well (I've had much better). But mostly, I couldn't stand the pushiness of the staff. Pushing their rewards system, pushing every service on the menu that I expressed zero interest in. Probably the worst was that, after the cerologist asked me if I was interested in brow tinting and I said "no that's ok". She kept pushing, saying "you'd be a good candidate because you have blonde brows and it's nice not to have to wear makeup in the summer" (I don't often fill in my brows, which are pretty full anyway). She made me feel insecure about something that I didn't feel insecure about just to sell a product. I won't be going back.
