Well i have gone to this salon my entire life. I started taking my kids here and this is the 2nd time they have messed my sons hair up. the first time the lady went to do his hard part and completely messed it up made two lines and then thickened it to try to fix it making it just horrid. this time I specifically called since my mom was taking him in and explained what needed to be done. And EVEN sent my mom pictures. They put a LINE ON THE SIDE OF HIS HEAD AND CALLED IT GOOD. How in the world they thought that was a hard part? they really need to hire more experienced workers! I'm extremely mad! offically 40$ wasted.
I have gone to this Great Clups for years now. I received one haircut and the girls I worked with asked if I had gone to sue colves in Onalaska. It was a very nice short cut (which I've never done before so I'm glad she did a great job. There was one time I went and my stylist wasn't there and she didn't do what she was supposed to for my cut, but I went back a few days later and my stylist fixed it free of charge. Otherwise I go there to donate as they have free cuts if you donate! I bring my daughters here too and they haven't had any complaints.
The service was terrible, it took them 15 minutes just to get me set up to get my hair cut. I asked for a very simple cut; which I have gotten before at other great clips locations, but they ended up cutting my hair way too short. I actually recommend people get haircuts anywhere else than here, I can honestly say this was the worst haircut experience I have ever had. For your own good stay away!
