If you have easy hair and know what you want, maybe. I went in, full of hope and armed with photos, but just couldn't communicate with the stylist properly. The hairwashing was wildly uncomfortable, with water going in my ears, no head massage as advertised on their site, and barely drying my hair afterward. They couldn't have cared less about my shampoo experience either time. My haircut wasn't anything like what I expected. I waited a few days to see if it would settle out, and when it didn't, I called for a recut. I was shocked that a manager didn't come by to supervise the conversation; it was just me and the stylist, who was more interested in arguing semantics of hair styles instead of figuring out how to help. It was weird. They also said they were more of a colorist, which I didn't need to hear! WHY would someone say that to an already vulnerable-feeling client?? In the end, the quality of the cut wasn't bad, but the style was - hilarious? My family text went on for days, calling me Lord Fahqaad, Dutch Boy and worse. They asked if I requested an unflattering cut that would exaggerate the roundness of my face (yeah, they go hard). So no, I can't recommend this place, based on my experiences here.

Today was my second time at the Salon for a cut. First time the cut was good but did not address my curly gray hair issues. I like Aveda products so I thought I would give it a second try. This time I asked specifically someone who specialize in curly hair. They booked me with Cece. Worst cut ever! Initially she did an all over 10 minute 1/2 inch trim with no evidence that she was adding layers or addressing the issues we discussed. I assumed maybe she would do more shaping after diffusing . She didn't and when I expressed that I did not feel the heaviness at the back of my hair was addressed and there was still a lack of layering she spent another 5 minutes, sprayed my hair with water, and diffused leaving my hair damp and looking much worse then my air dried hair when I came in. I won't return.

Got a last minute appointment for haircut - Peter gave me a great haircut, he styled my hair so well.

The place is clean and prices are reasonable, $90 (including tips) for a blow dry but todays blow dry really left me dissapointed, the stylist (Lexi) forgot to use heat protectant and my hair is burned and dry to touch and I just wasted my time and money for no reason and burned my hair in the process, really frustrating to not be able to count on a hair stylist there that one can go to consistently. It was a convenient place but unfortunately its not worth having my hair burned and today is the last day I will be going there.
