C.A. Nail Salon in New York, NY

I chose to come here cause I saw another review and I liked the nails, I went to Wendy like recommend and she is very lovely, I showed her what I wanted and she did exactly that. I would come here againnnn I only paid $53 She used a pink acrylic powder and gel nail polish to make the lines and for top coat

Their store front name is c.a. Nails. I got a $25 gel french nail manicure. I am happy with the results. The salon could use updates but for the price im overall pleased . The guy who attended me was sweet and had very good service , , brought out heat towel and massaged my hand with lotion after he was done with the nails. He was also gentle and worked fast but nothing felt rushed. I would go back in the future &see how they do the acrylics!

FYI: Their awning has the name "C.A. Nail salon". When I called, the male owner quoted me one price. After receiving my services, I was given a different price. Service quality is poor! I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, and it looks like a 7 year old painted my nails. I should've ended the services, as soon as they began to use an electric drill. See attached photo. This was taken as soon as I exited the salon. What a waste! ***UPDATE*** Not even 1 day later and my gel polish chipped.

Great Experience! Can't beat $20 for a gel manicure.

DISGUSTING! I don't know if Daline F. is blind, but I couldn't believe my eyes at how filthy this salon is. I popped my head in to get change for the meter and told them I wanted a full set and a pedicure - so I felt bad when I actually went all the way in to get to the pedi chair, like I couldn't change my mind and turn back around (I'm too nice, i know). Well, I sat in disgust for 40 minutes while I had my pedicure. I hope to god that something doesn't start growing out of my feet. The carpets were so stained and ratty - SO gross. And lord knows when the last time they cleaned out the pedi basins - and the chairs looked like they have been overly used for more than 20 years. Albeit how grossed out I was, the woman did a phenomenal job on my pedicure. But she was SO FRIGGIN ANNOYING! I really really hate when I go to get a pedicure and they ask what I want in the beginning - "Regular pedi with french please" - and throughout the WHOLE DAMN TIME they keep asking you to add things on... "Razor? 3 dolla extra" - "No, thanks."...."Sea salt scrub? 8 dolla extra" -"No, just the regular"...."More foot massage? 10 dolla extra" OMFG @W@$*@0*(U NO!!!!!!!" Seriously, seriously avoid. I would rather have unpedicured feet than go to this place. And I haven't been without a bi-weekly pedicure for 10 years. Someone needs to send the Health Dept. to this place.
