Terrible customer service manager is rude and obnoxious. She will hang up on you without any discernible understanding of what going on. They don't like black people they will most definitely up-charge for service. I came here with my friend who does her nails here all the time and get it's same length and size all the time for $45-50. But apparently for me it's $75. I tried to reason with them to understand what was the reason for the up charge. No valid answer, just a bunch of lies.
I went to this salon a couple of weeks ago Worst nail salon Ever first of all for plain white tips $55 and these people dont know what they are doing the lifted the next day to be paying so much at least do a good job Never ever going here again
I went here because I needed to fix my nails, I just a color change and I had a worst experience my nails look like if a child did them!!! They are all lumpy!! I don't recommend this!! And for the price they charge they should have people that know how to do that!!
I have just come back from a visit in Alexandra's nail salon. I had my manicure and pedicure done there. To begin with, I had to speak Spanish although this is not my native language cause the lady that served me did not speak English. I showed her a couple of designs and colors for my nails but she denied making any of them because it was not possible, according to what she said. Have in mind that the salon was advertising these particular nail styles I was talking about. The lady that did my nails seemed extremely disappointed that they were giving her one more customer to serve. She did my pedi unwillingly and although I was supposed to continue with a simple mani, she went straight ahead to gel and UV. When I saw that she was switching the UV lamp on, it was already too late; she had started polishing my nails. Moreover, she assumed that I wanted the same color in toes and fingers without asking me. Then I asked her to add some small designs on the finger nails and she got clearly irritated! I left with a simple pedi and a gel mani. I paid $55 and when I asked for a receipt, they refused to give it to me! Sorry but not sorry. We all deserve a better service than that. I'm not going to visit them again.
AVOID THIS NAIL SALON! My roommate and I were on the hunt for a nice salon and walked past Alexandra's, saw it was open and went in. I asked for SNS and my friend for gel, the technicians were rude and I was charged $55 for a bad dip job. Both of us were very disappointed. I would not recommend using the salon if you don't speak Spanish, my technician said she didn't speak English (and didn't understand I wanted tips) and was on FaceTime while she did my nails....
