UPDATE- after nearly one year, I am still growing out the botched haircut I received at Your Presence. A complete disaster. Correcting this cut has taken me nearly a dozen visits at salons. I will never again allow anyone to use thinning shears on my hair.. After what was done to my hair cut and the very rude follow up to my expressing my disappointment, two stars is very generous. I had to pay another professional to try and fix all of the mistakes that were made and it will take me another six months to grow it out so I can have it done properly. If you want a weave or braiding, you are in absolutely in the right place. The customers I saw with those styles were really pleased. ing. But beware if you want a simple stacked bob keep on going. Not only "your presence" will be needed, so will your wallet. This place is overpriced. I think they are feeling they deserve to be paid New York City prices. Why advertise on Groupon if you're just going to gauge the customer when they use it? TIP: if you decide to present a Groupon (which you paid for), expect hidden charges.

These women are amazing with hair. Every time I leave the chair I know that my hair will turn out just the way I want, if not better. I finally found a place where I can relax and not feel like just a number in a line where they just take your money and rush you out. Not here, these stylist take their time and take care of your hair. Everyone is so professional and sweet. They officially have a customer for life. Thanks ladies.

This salon is great! Everyone is friendly, professional and courteous. The salon is clean ,warm and inviting.There is not a long wait for your appointment! I was reluctant to transition however after having one conversation with Audrina I knew I was in great hands! She knows exactly what my hair needed and what I have and have not been doing to my hair. She gave me great tips and wonderful direction in regards to taking care of my hair at home. I received two haircuts, a moisturizing treatment, highlights, dye and a keratin treatment( not in one day )All worth the $!

What a cool looking place and great haircut! I fully enjoyed my haircut with Gail and the place was just contemporary and upscale. Highly recommended!
