On Christmas day my daughter and I went to get our nails done and I had a pedicure. My daughter wanted a full set with coffin shaped, gel polish, one hand black one hand white, simple. The shape of her nails were square and not coffin. The polish was thick and lumpy, and very rigid. When I voiced my opinion to the nail tech about her nail shape and lumpy polish he told me, that the nails were coffin before they were polished but after they were polished the coffin shape went away. He then proceeded to tell me that he gave her a "light" coffin shape after I showed him the difference between a square vs. coffin shape. We never discussed a "light"coffin shape. So another nail tech lady shaped my daughters nails to be coffin shape with the polish in but once we got home we realized that she had some overlay. The nails were still boxed/square shaped. Her nails were peeling the next day and the gel underneath was wet it was not fully set. I will never go here again for a full set. They do not listen to the customers requests. My daughter is disappointed about her nails and wants them redone.
Where do I begin. 1. Men doing nails and feet, nothing wrong with that just make sure they can perform the job. 2. The nail clipper he used had rust on it , almost lost my mind. 3. Check your work and make sure things are even, didn't do it , had to show him where he screwed up . 4. When applying clear nail polish make sure you get the corners, didn't do that . 5. This had to be the worst manicure I have ever experienced in my life . Mind you I get a manicure at least once every two weeks for the last 40 years. I got busy and my regular manicurist is closed on Sunday . IF YOU GO HERE YOU'VE GOT TO BE ABSOLUTELY FREAKING STUPID.
I highly recommend this place they are the sweetest people I could ever come by love it here even gave me a little gift for my birthday super sweet people
Lisa is extremely unprofessional and rude. After giving this salon chance after chance we are done. No one should be paying money for their nails to fall apart 3 DAYS LATER. Take your money somewhere else. Covid isn't an excuse for bad service.
I started going in August and the first visits were ok. But this last one, almost a month ago, I don't know what happened. I was going on a business trip and got a gel manicure on Friday, on Sunday my nails started chipping and 2 weeks later, all my nails (mine) were broken, the nail beds damaged and weakened, feeling paper thin and dry as if I had just taken off acrylics. I remember the technician using a bottle labeled alcohol, I didn't think much of it, figured acetone was in there and it was just in a different container. I think it was alcohol because of the state of my nails. The technician kept insisting to give me a design on my nails, I kept saying no and finally agreed to 1 on my big toes. If I say No, just accept. I'm not sure I want to go back there anymore.
