Melissa is amazing! My hair has never looked this nice! She is so professional and knowledgable. She educated me on how to take good care of my hair and did an amazing job adding highlights and trimming it! The results were breathtaking! She is awesome and you have to go see her!!!
I loved everything about this place. The hair dresser was very good, she took her time.
I had a silk press done by Beverly. She did an amazing job! I called the salon last minute and they were able to accommodate my schedule. The salon was clean and nice. It is located in the back of a professional suite building which makes it hidden but I guess it adds to the name. The music was soft and soothing and they even offered me coffee or tea while I got my service. I will definitely be back again. Beverly advised me on products to use at home for my natural hair which was also great.
Melissa, the owner, is a very kind,understanding,and professional stylist. However, Elita is very unprofessional!Beware of booking with Elita if you have an important professional engagement to attend. After several calls, emails, and direct messages via Instagram AN HOUR PRIOR to my 12:00 pm appointment to only confirm with Elita the businesses address while en route to the area of the business to make my appointment (being unfamiliar with the Wappingers falls area). Elita, canceled my scheduled appointment the DAY OF via email ( to a hardly used email address) without a formal professional call a whole hour and thirty minutes later after I was already in a panic to find a replacement because of a non response to all messages left via voicemail at the business, emails and Direct messages!
I visited Hair Peace Salon on Friday morning for a wash and roller set. Melissa provided wonderful customer service and insight into my hair issues. She gave me a deep shampoo wash along with a conditioning treatment. Melissa's salon is clean and relaxing. Her prices are reasonable. She is also efficient. I'm excited she's in the area and can help me on my journey to longer healthier hair.
