I don't leave negative reviews (I know, I'm sure people always say that), but I came to revolution because of the rave reviews. I got a partial highlight to just touch up my highlights at the roots. It was maybe ten foils?, and my appointment for just the foils (no cut or additional services) took over three hours. Beyond that, the highlights are quite stripe-y and very uneven. They look bad. I know we should give feedback immediately to the stylist when unhappy but I saw a new stylist who shared that they are fairly recently out of school and I just felt bad. Additionally, I didn't have another three hours to spare and I just don't trust it to get fixed by the same stylist. Now I'll be going somewhere else for a fix. Everyone at revolution is so nice, and I appreciate that it's easy to get a quick appointment. But I'm very disappointed in my hair and won't return. 2 stars for kindness, fair prices, and an easy booking experience. But stars off for having to spend so long ag the salon, my hair turning out poorly, and the fix that I'm now going to be paying for.
Atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so kind and friendly and they do AMAZING work. I went from medium blonde to platinum in one session. Highly recommend this place amazing people!!
asked for a light blonde balayage so my natural (the brown) would look better growing in. the educator of the person doing my hair said highlights would look more natural, i said as long as it's not streaky. Now I'm left with a big streak right in the front of my head, not light blonde and $370 and 4.5 hours in the chair later :( the people were very nice but definitely not what i asked or paid for
Come here if you have a lot of time. My appointment didn't start until more than 30 minutes after it was scheduled. The haircut took an hour. I'd rather spend my time elsewhere.
Made a last minute appointment to chop off my hair because I was tired of tying it up. I got set up with Kendyl and she did such an AMAZING JOB. I just told her I wanted something shoulder length and she made it look so much better than how I imagined it! Would book with her again in the future for sure. :) Definitely exceeded my expectations.
