Truly the worst manicure of my life. I came in for a gel manicure and had dip on my nails from a previous manicure. The dip removal was BRUTAL. It was painful and done with no care. All of my nails had cuts and some were bleeding. She used the grinder to remove and went way too hard and I was continually burned as she did this. I swear she took off layers of my own nails during this process. The cuticle work she did was good and the shape of my nails are just fine. I don't believe she did a top/clear coat after the color. After two days my nails started peeling away from the polish. My nails have never been weaker in my life. They are bending and not holding a shape. The color started to chip away on day 3. The booking process was way too long. Usually you call and give them your name and that's all that's needed for an appointment. I was on the phone for a full five minutes giving them all the required info they needed, including card info for a $20 deposit. I paid for the service with a Groupon so I should have gotten a refund of the deposit. However, they charged me $20 for "dip removal" which is listed as $15 on their website. They just stole $5 from me and figured it was fine. I regret going here. The damage that was done to my nails will take a long time to bounce back from. I will never visit this salon again and I urge you to stay away if you care about the health of your nails and want a pain free appointment. This place isn't it.
The ladies, who provided the services were very good. The problem is with the front desk. I called to make a reservation for a service for myself and one for a family member. The email confirmation I got was for something entirely different not even close when I sent an email back to them corrupting the reservation. Their response was still inaccurate. It took me three emails including a screenshot that I took from their website in which I highlighted the services that I had reserved. They still got it wrong when we were checking out after receiving the services they were quite rude and tried to pull a bait and switch on the pricing. I would suggest going to absolutely any other salon for services.
