They are amazing! we called ahead for a group of 10 people. Normally when we go to a place with that group size it turned into a mess where not everyone is getting things done at a time and it feel all overwhelming. Nail bar MASTERED It, it was lovely, each person felt loved, and they handled us all with ease. Super clean and wonderful!

Just got a pedicure from Linh and the service was amazing. I love this salon generally but he was exceptionally friendly and offered an exceptionally high quality service experience. I would highly recommend for your next pedicure.

Worst customer service EVER! After over 6 years of loyal patronage (I went monthly = ~$120/mo with good tipping), going thru Covid19 with them, bringing friends and recommending them, I was treated SO poorly by the 12 y.o. child, "Edward" (who I've never seen, or engaged with before). I called saying I was running 15 minutes late, and he then proceeded to tell me that my nail tech went home due to an "emergency," yet they never called to tell me. I asked if they would have someone to do my Luxury Gel Pedicure, he said, yes, "Caitlin," he claimed, one of their best. So I continued to drive. There was a road closure I was unaware of, so I was further delayed by 10 minutes. When on our call, I had asked about a new Chrome product and if he could find out if they had it. When I checked in, he said it would be another 10-15 minutes and to pick my gel color. I again asked about the chrome product, he said he forgot to ask (mind you, there are only 4 clients and 5 nail techs, which is virtually empty for them in this very large nail salon). Caitlin still wasn't ready, so I asked how much longer. He then says he has a big wedding party coming, and she only has time for a quick, basic pedicure. I said no, and he then launched into why this was my fault (mind you, I've now been waiting 25 minutes, and he took no responsibility for the delay or switch on techs. He gave me lots of excuses (which I hadn't done). I reminded him how long I had been a client (representing ~$1,500/yr revenue), and he was curt with me and offered NO solutions or apologies. I will not be ever returning, and in fact already am on my way to a new appointment at a more highly rated salon. Edward has a lot to learn about business, people, life, and certainly courtesy.

Every single time I come in here. I feel like I'm getting the royal treatment. Hands down the best Nail Bar I have EVER been to. Thank you soo much. See you in a few weeks. The Moroccan pedi the message everything was absolutely perfect

Within the last year and a half the service has been rapidly declining. I went in for an ombré full set. The woman I got was so rude because there was a language barrier between us and I could barely understand her. She told me she didn't even know how to do the ombré dip which was disappointing but fine. I told her not to cut them short which she did and got upset I corrected her to the point she refused to do my nails. Awful. Didn't listen. The young man that ended up doing my nails was very patient and did a wonderful job so I tipped him quite well. But the attitude this staff has is awful.
