My fiancé had an appointment for a haircut and he went in for it, he told the stylist what he wanted and she didn't listen to him and she cut it wrong and he wasn't satisfied with it at all so we went in the next day and got his haircut the way he wanted and had a different stylist. She did a great job but we had to pay for it. we weren't satisfied with the haircut so how is that fair we had to pay for something we had to go in for again?
I got a staph infection from getting an eye brow wax at fantastic Sams. The person who did the wax used tools from a different station without sanitizing them. I am going to have to get plastic surgery to remove the scar on my face that I got from the abscess from Fantastic Sams using unsanitary tools. When I spoke to Jen(the owner of multiple locations)she said that she would remedy the situation but I have not heard back for 2 months. This was my experience.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! DO. NOT. GO. HERE. they messed up my friends hair completely! they did what they wanted on his hair, and to top it off they were rude. I should've seen that this place has bad reviews before even entering here.
