brittney did a great job helping me get a good visual of what i had in my head regarding highlights! she also made sure to tell me how much she cut before doing so. sweet ladies at reception also! if your on a budget make sure you tell the stylist and they'll work with you!
Went to RAMI salon today for the first time. I received an email stating that my stylist was Brittany and my appt. time. Here is what I can tell you.. Brittany is a TOP NOTCH stylist. I went in with very blah hair. She completely transformed my hair to looking amazing!!! I love the color! The cut is perfect and flows so nice. There are 2 downsides.... 1. I am moving out of state in 2 weeks and won't have Brittany for a touch up :( very hard to find the right stylist. 2. I was not able to add my tip on to my bill. Very inconvenient. Should be a way ..even if they use a generic SKU to make this happen. So ran to ATM and gave her the tip she deserved. If you are looking for a new stylist you have to try this salon and Brittany. My experience is a 10! Thank you Brittany and RAMI.
I went to Jose for a haircut because of the great Yelp reviews. After a few days, I noticed that he missed cutting some of my hair on both sides of my head. Very disappointed after spending $75 for my cut!
I called to tell them what happened and I never heard back. Awful customer service! Save your money and go elsewhere!!
Hands down the best . This was my second visit. My first was with Aubrey and it was just a trim because I was there for the first time. Well, she made me feel right at home . Precise and a great cut. Second visit I decided to go for a full change . The blunt bob.just sweeping the shoulders. Aubrey was out of town but I happened to fall onto Jose's slot and this man is a magician. Last time I've had a cut like this it was at Anthony Cristiano at trump tower. I don't even think the one at Anthony's was this good. For sure it wasn't this sexy. I literally felt hot leaving. My hat goes of to you sir, you are a master of your craft and my loyalty will stay with your salon. Thank you for taking so much time and care with me, and as I've seen , with each of your customers.
Rami Salon is as good as it gets. Jose is AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about my experience with him. He took his time, did EXACTLY what I asked for, and it came out amazing. He is the best colorist in NWI. I've never taken a picture to a salon and got what was in the picture, but Jose did just that. Ask for Jose, he is a very, very talented stylist. I don't think I'll be able to go anywhere else for my hair care. Best hair cut and color I have ever had. 6 out of 5 stars.
