I am always seated very quickly, even without checking in online. Each time that I've been there I've had a different stylist, and each one is great! I have even gone in there with a bad cut from a different place and they knew exactly what to do to fix it. They always listen to what I want and check periodically to make sure they are giving me what I asked for. The prices are very affordable, and the workers are friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be a returning customer to this location!

Brought both of my daughters here for a haircut. I used the online check-in and didn't have to wait. They took my daughters at the same time, two different stylists. The one stylist finished quick which I thought was odd since she was cutting more off then my other daughter. When she was done, she sent my daughter over to me and immediately sat in a chair and got on her cell phone texting or something. She did not blow dry my daughters hair and that's why I had a hard time seeing the problems with the cut. The next morning is when I saw it was COMPLETELY uneven and choppy. I took her back in and another stylist had to completely re-cut her hair and she did a good job. That's the only reason why I gave 2 stars, but I won't be going back!

Made us wait for 2 hours. They have a terrible scheduling method.
They said the wait was for 40 min, but we ended up waiting for 2 hours. We just walked out after they kept putting people ahead of our name.

I love the remodel that they did... I believe last summer. They have a great app that lets you check in before you get there. This allows you to wait a LOT less and it also a feature that shows the current wait time. This has helped many times when we were going to stop in for a hair cut then saw a big wait time. So we did some other shopping and errands that needed to get done and then checked back when the wait time was zero.

Ya gotta love the notes feature they have for their clients. They keep notes on how you like your hair cut. So every time you go they cut it by the notes. No worries if you want a change. They update the note.

I have never had a hairstylist that I didn't like. They are all friendly and professional.
