Absolutely butchered my hair. I just wanted my normal professional looking haircut that they did last time, and showed them pictures of it. But they just chopped away without ever pausing to give me a chance to look at it with my glasses on and ask if its ok. Never had a worse haircut in my life, and I've got an event to go to tomorrow. Literally got a zoomer haircut in the back and almost a buzz cut in the front without asking for it. Awful experience and incredibly embarrassing for me. Asked for a refund and still haven't got it. Also the manager was accusatory saying how I've been happy with my haircuts before, and was not apologetic at all.
I've been to an expensive salon in the area and recently started to become very dissatisfied with my cut and color services. I made an appointment with Courtney, and she cut and colored my hair perfectly. She listened to my concerns and promised to make my hair look great again! It feels soft, has lots of volume and looks awesome. I got more compliments on my hair in the four hours since it's been cut and colored earlier today than I have all year. Courtney is an awesome stylist!!! I can't believe it's the same hair that I walked in with. Thank you Courtney! I will definitely be back to see you!!!! You saved my dry and brittle hair and boosted my confidence.
I find it extremely hard to find a salon that can dye my dark hair super nice but they did it! The stylist Courtney - worked her magic on my hair. I was a little afraid for the color coming out too coppery as it always does for my hair but it did not ! They also had a 50 percent of hair color for the first time Monday-Wednesday and I decided to take a chance and I have no regrets! I'll be back in 6 weeks !
Ok so if u r charged separately for a shampoo, I guess u wld expect a decent shampoo. Not just have my hair rubbed together w someone hands
