Strange and unsanitary. I came in for a pedicure and left mid-procedure. Still was charged the full amount. They did not have standard equipment like nail files, cuticle cutters, nail buffs etc - she used an electric nail file the entire time. I asked the tech if she could use a nail file instead but she ignored my request and reassured me not to worry. She didn't rinse the soap off my feet and had me place my slippery and dripping feet on a disposable pad, the kind used for potty training dogs. Weird experience, this was my first and only time leaving a salon mid-procedure.
Absolutely lovely, very small nail salon tucked away in Purcellville. The owner, I did not catch her name, was so kind, gentle and soft-spoken - I feel like I have made a wonderful new friend! She did an excellent job removing a tough gel set (from another salon) and doing a simple manicure after. There was zero pain, only great conversation and fun. Definitely call ahead (even if it's the day of) to schedule an appointment as there are only a few technicians. She took her time so don't be in a rush - it's a spa you're there to relax after all! They offer facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, medical pedicures, etc as well as your typical nail salon offerings. I Will definitely be back! The owner has also inspired me to tack on a minor in Spanish, God Bless You sweetie!
This is an outstanding salon. I had an awesome visit for a mani-pedi and received the best service and outcome ever. I highly recommend this service.
I've been to many nail salons / spas and probably over spent on some of the services. This place is awesome! It's in a what was once a house and you can miss it if you're not paying attention. Everyone was very friendly and the foot spa service was amazing. Very personable and lots of laughter! Love it.
