I LOVE this nail place. The woman owner does my nails every time and is SO GOOD. she knows what to do perfectly based off a picture or idea and has a great artistic/creative eye. The place is clean and neat. I highly recommend to everyone in Purcellville to visit this spa!! They are amazing!
This has become my go to place for a pedicure. The price is great and I never feel like they are trying to upcharge me with some scrub or scented oils. I get the whole deal and it has always been excellent.
I have been coming to this place for the last four years. Jack usually does the work, but as of late it has been someone else. Today I walked in and Helen reluctantly decided to do my gel manicure. I am not exaggerating when I say she spoke to me a total of three times the entire time I was there. First she asked me to wash my hands. Then she asked if I had gel on my nails already and then asked me to confirm the color I had chosen. Yep. that's it. I have not only been a loyal customer to Helen and Jack, but I always leave big tips, especially since COVID hit. Helen has always been unfriendly towards me, and I have no idea why. But Jack was always very friendly. Not today. They do good work here so don't get me wrong...and I don't go to salons to make friends. But I also don't do business with people who are rude and dismissive like this. There are plenty of places to chose from.
